Return Policy

At Bodywork’s Reformer, we are dedicated to providing high-quality Pilates equipment and ensuring a seamless customer experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our return policy is designed to be fair and transparent.

14-Day Return Window

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your item. To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@bodyworksreformerpilates.co.uk. All returns must be confirmed through our customer service team. Please note that returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Once your return request is authorized, we will provide detailed instructions and, if applicable, a return shipping label. Unauthorised returns or items returned outside the stated conditions will not be eligible for a refund.

Customer Responsibility

Due to the nature of Pilates equipment, customers are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of return shipping. These products are often large, heavy, and fragile, requiring specialized handling and freight services. Unfortunately, we are unable to absorb these costs without affecting product pricing for all customers.

Restocking Fee

All returned equipment is subject to a restocking fee ranging from 20% to 40% of the original purchase price. This fee is determined based on the condition of the returned item and is used to cover:

1. Product inspection and refurbishment

2. Repackaging and restocking

3. Original shipping and handling costs

Warranty Coverage

All Pilates equipment purchased from Bodywork’s Reformer is covered under a comprehensive warranty against manufacturing defects. This warranty guarantees that any faults resulting from the production process will be addressed through repair or replacement at no additional cost to you. Our commitment to product quality ensures that you receive reliable and professionally supported equipment.

Why Return Costs Are Not Covered

Pilates equipment is inherently expensive to return due to its size, weight, and sensitivity during transit. As a small business, we cannot absorb these high logistics costs without raising prices across the board. Our priority is to maintain competitive pricing while offering excellent value and service to our customers. We appreciate your understanding and support.

UK Consumer Rights

Your statutory rights as a consumer in the UK remain unaffected by our return policy. If you believe your item is faulty or not as described, you have the right to request a refund or exchange under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or card provider may require additional time to finalize the transaction.
